Materials needed:
- Wooden frame
- Acrylic paint
- Paintbrushes
- Water cup
- Paper towels
- aprons to protect clothing (optional)

Instructions:
1. Start by setting up a workspace with a protected surface to avoid any mess.
2 . Place the wooden frame on the workspace and choose the colours of acrylic paint you want to use.
3. Dip a paintbrush into the paint and start painting the frame. Encourage the kids and seniors to be creative and experiment with different colours and patterns.

4. Before painting the black lines as shown below and adding another paint layer, ensure that the paint dries completely.
